MCM Introduces New Injector Driver

MCM works extensively with fuel system and injection technologies. As a result, we have developed some products that aid in these areas of study. We are proud to announce the release and availability of our latest product, the XcitE universal injector driver! This product can fire any GDI or diesel injector with a custom waveform. It supports every scenario in the industry plus much more. We have designed the unit to work stand alone, but also to integrate into new and existing test stands with and without electronic controls. We have also added the ability to communicate directly with a PLC over Ethernet/IP. We have thoroughly tested this device against abuse and designed in all of the precautions that could result in misuse. We challenge you to find an injection application that this device cannot adapt to! We boldly say, “This is the last Injector Driver you will ever buy!”

The XcitE driver is designed for solenoid based injectors, but as we strive for perfection in fuel injector actuation, we are currently developing solutions for firing Piezo actuated devices as well.
