MCM Goes Green

MCM has entered the green age with many new test machines geared toward improving fuel economy. Several of the latest machines added to our repetoire have positive impact on reducing emissions and lowering energy consumption. We’ve built multiple machines for cam phasing valves which advance or retard cam timing to provide better performance and better fuel economy. We’ve also made several laboratory and production machines for testing modern transmission valves and modules which are also improving fuel economy. Our most recent endeavor was a functional test stand for a hydraulic hybrid which mounts to a large commercial vehicle providing significant improvements in fuel economy.
