Laser Marking Station

Description

Some of our machines laser mark the part in place while these machines are dedicated to exclusively marking the part. This machine is loaded and unloaded by an operator, however we have done versions where the part is transferred by robot and others where the part is presented by a conveyor, marked and then released. In most cases, after we mark the part, the human readable information is verified with OCR technology and bar codes are tested for quality. We have also chosen lasers that contain verification cameras that can grade the quality of the mark. We also have solutions for marking parts that do not have a uniform face or complex shapes that cause distortion of the marks. Give us a call to discuss your part marking needs!
