Gas Fuel Injector Calibration Machine

Description

This machine breaks in and calibrates gasoline fuel injectors in a production environment. A locking reject chute requires operators to properly isolate unconforming material before another part can be tested or removed from a test fixture.

This machine is manually loaded and unloaded by an operator in a production environment. It has one head for running 8 injectors at a time for the purposes of breaking in the new product prior to calibration. There are two calibration heads that are loaded by a quick change turntable. While one part is being calibrated, the next part can be loaded and rotated into place when the test is completed.

All data from the machine is stored both locally and on the customer database for later reference and tracability. The machine cabinet lends to easy serviceability, with a welded leak tight drip pan, interior light and slip free grating.
