We have Built all types of machines to endurance test diesel fuel injectors, pumps and engine brakes at various operating pressures and rates. They are intended to run for extended periods of time unattended.

Most of these machines endurance test several diesel fuel injectors at a time, at various operating pressures and rates. They are intended to run for extended periods of time unattended. Depending on purpose, some of these machines are designed to run accelerated life expectancy tests, where speeds, temperatures and pressures to the fuel system are higher than normal.

Some of these designs utilize the engine head or block, while others utilize custom fixturing. Whatever your need be, we can be flexible to utilize production parts or something entirely custom engineered.
