Diesel Pump Calibration Bench

Description

This fuel system testing machine is designed to calibrate and test a production diesel fuel pump with the aid of an operator. The pump can be configured with a variety of options which the machine figures out based on a product ID. The test cycle walks the operator through the various steps of calibration, which in some cases may involve replacing some internal components. There are convenient locking tool drawers on the front of the machine for storage between shifts.

Access is available to all sides of the pump so that the operator can perform the various calibration steps. A retractable shield can be pulled down in front of the pump to protect the operator on the first cycle in case there is an assembly error.
