Michigan Custom Machines designs and builds a variety of lean cell assembly stations to fulfill customer’s production needs. These stations are based on a combination of assembly, test and gaging applications. Flexibility to accommodate complex assembly needs, ergonomic requirements and plant communication specifications are key components of an MCM lean cell assembly solution. Ranging from single to multiple station concepts, our lean cell stations are based on PLC controls with custom PC data interface.
